Blomsterfonden is a non-profit association working to ensure that elderly people have a secure home, professional care, and support with a meaningful daily life.
We operate five senior housing facilities with vibrant social community, our own home care service, and four elderly care homes where secure care is the focus. Our goal is to give older people a richer life – filled with community, care, and joy in life. Our work is guided by our ethical values: humanity, participation, clarity, and honesty.
The association was founded in 1921 by Alma Hedin. Under her leadership, a special spirit emerged – the "Blomsterfonden spirit" – which still characterizes our operations today. We carry on Alma's legacy by safeguarding what is at the core of every human life: seeing the individual's capacity, will, and emotional life.
Blomsterfonden also actively works to support relatives. We arrange and participate in various forums to spread knowledge about the needs and living situations of the elderly.

Do you want to help develop the home care services of the future? We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Group Manager who wants to combine operational team leadership with planning and business development.
As a Group Manager, you play a key role in the operations, responsible for the daily running of the service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality care. The role is a combination of Group Manager and Coordinator, meaning you work closely with employees, customers, and the home care management team.
You are responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating the operations, as well as creating the conditions for a well-functioning work group and an efficient organization.
Experience in leadership within care is an advantage.

A B-class driver's license is an advantage.
