Fagerstahallen is one of the municipality's largest sports facilities. Here, we primarily focus on service for our bathers, gym users, camp guests, and hall visitors. Through club life and our sports and indoor halls, we offer the opportunity for an active lifestyle with exercise and health in focus. The building also houses a bowling alley, shooting range, school cafeteria, and a sports café. During the day, junior and senior high schools also hold their physical education lessons here.

Your role

You will be a vital part of the team working to provide high-quality service and a warm welcome to our guests. It is your responsibility to ensure that all guests are comfortable and receive the help they need. It is important that you are sensitive, communicative, and passionate about health, exercise, and service. Duties include serving our bathers, gym users, and camp guests, lifeguarding, cash register duties, cleaning, and various other tasks related to the sports hall. You will also work with swimming instruction for children and adults, and potentially as an instructor in water aerobics.

Work hours include both daytime and evening shifts, as well as weekends.

Your qualifications and merits

Previous experience or education related to reception and cash register work or swimming operations is advantageous. Being a certified swimming instructor is also a plus.

To be considered for the position, you must be at least 18 years old and proficient in swimming. We also prefer candidates with work experience in swimming and gym operations or other service roles.
