The Opportunity
As an HSE Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to work with and drive areas related to health, occupational safety, security, and environment, as well as the daily management of property-related tasks in our use of offices, production facilities, and test labs.
The main focus of the HSE support is directed towards the management group, line functions, and processes.

How You Will Make a Difference
- Drive and promote a strong HSE and sustainability culture within the management group, as well as coach managers and key personnel.
- Be responsible for goals and action plans within HSE, including follow-up and reporting of KPIs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal HSE management systems.
- Analyze stakeholder requirements, risk reports, incidents, and audits to identify patterns, root causes, risks, and trends.
- Deliver value-creating improvements and contribute with best practices within HSE. Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HSE area.
- Lead, support, and facilitate risk assessments, incident investigations, as well as train and coach the organization.
- Perform and support internal audits of management systems against the requirements of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001:2018.
- Drive and perform property-related tasks and activities on a daily basis, as well as coordinate with other companies within the facility.
- Coordinate cross-functional and unit-spanning collaborations within the HSE area.
Your Background

- You have strong communication and influencing skills to meet and build trust with people at different organizational levels.
- As you will be part of an international environment, both Swedish and English are mandatory, both in speech and writing.
- You have a university degree at bachelor's or master's level, preferably in health and safety, environment, sustainability, or a related field. Lack of formal education can be compensated by longer relevant experience and documented achievements.
- Knowledge of Swedish legislation within the HSE area.
