About the role

Are you looking for a position that combines team leadership, administration, and customer contact within a critical societal industry? We are seeking a driven and curious team leader who wants to contribute to the development of rail infrastructure. You will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and ensuring that on-site operations run smoothly.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Wrknest and work on-site at our client's premises. There is a strong possibility of contract extension and direct hire by the client.

Your future responsibilities

As a team leader, you will have a broad role involving planning, administration, and follow-up of maintenance projects. You will work closely with technicians, other team leaders, and site managers to ensure that work is carried out according to plan.

Examples of tasks include:

• Planning and leading the daily work for 2–5 technicians.
• Ensuring that projects and maintenance work are executed according to agreements and schedules.
• Handling administration such as reporting, invoicing, and financial follow-up.
• Managing customer contact, answering technical questions, and ensuring that assignments meet customer needs.
• Collaborating with subcontractors and expert support when needed.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

To succeed in this role, you need to be a structured and proactive person with good communication skills. You thrive in team environments and adapt easily to new tasks.

Requirements:

• Interest in the industry.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Swedish citizenship (as the position is security classified).

Merits:

• Experience in team leadership, preferably within construction or railway industries.
• Relevant education in the field.
• Experience in personnel management and scheduling.
• Occupational health and safety training (BAM and SAM).
• Basic technical understanding.

We value your curiosity and willingness to learn! A technical background is not required, but an understanding of structured work and leadership is an advantage.
