About the role

• Work as an asphalt paver in various projects in Boden and surrounding areas
• Operate the screed on asphalt pavers and contribute to efficient and high-quality work
• Collaborate in a team to ensure production according to schedule and quality requirements
• The work takes place outdoors and in varying environments

Working hours

• Irregular working hours occur
• The work may include early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends
• You need to be flexible and comfortable with a varying schedule

We are looking for you who

• Have 2–4 years of experience with asphalt work
• Enjoy physical and practical outdoor work
• Have good teamwork skills and a strong safety mindset
• Can communicate in Swedish or English
• Hold certificates for Road Work 1 and 2 (required)
• Hold a B driver's license (meritorious)
• Have experience with vibrators or other asphalt machinery (meritorious)
