As a Team Leader here, you are a key figure in our operations – you plan, prioritize, and follow up on work, with a strong focus on quality at every step. You ensure that nothing falls through the cracks and that the team has the right conditions to deliver – every day.

• Upper secondary education in electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent

• Good electrical knowledge and experience reading technical drawings
• Proficient computer skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Advantageous: Experience with ERP systems and/or marine industry experience

• Experience in assembly within technical production
• Experience leading or distributing work within a team
• Advantageous: Experience in quality, deviations, or material handling

• You support your nearest manager in planning and follow-up
• You handle deviations, material flows, and some customer contact
