About the different roles

Mechanic

As a mechanic with us, you will have a varied job where you work with both preventive and emergency maintenance of our mechanical equipment. Your main tasks include ensuring operations and contributing to a safe and efficient facility. You troubleshoot, perform repairs, maintain static and rotating equipment, and work on improvement projects, as well as quality and environmental enhancement measures.

Instrumentation Technician

In the role of instrumentation technician, you work to maintain the refinery's production availability through preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on control, regulation, and instrumentation equipment. Your daily work includes installation, troubleshooting, and calibration of industrial instruments, as well as maintenance of sensors, valves, and regulators in low-voltage and control system environments.

Electrician

As an electrician at Nynas, you perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment/process instruments within the Refinery. You assist production managers with specialized electrical expertise and help during operational disruptions. The work involves electrical installation and maintenance in industrial low and medium voltage systems in accordance with company guidelines and practices.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education in your technical field
• A few years of experience as a mechanic, instrumentation technician, or electrician
• Swedish and English language skills (spoken and written)
• Driver's license
• Previous experience working in industry, such as thermal/power plants or the process industry, is an advantage
