About the role

As Group Leader within Water and Wastewater (VA), you will have a role where you work operationally in projects while simultaneously leading the VA group forward. You will become a key driver in developing both our business and our customer relationships, while contributing your own technical competence to assignments.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of the VA group and plan resource allocation to create balance and continuity in projects.
• Be responsible for your own VA assignments and provide technical support to colleagues to ensure successful projects.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, as well as actively follow up on business opportunities and submit tenders that strengthen the group's and the company's development.
• Contribute to the group's growth development and participate in recruitment efforts and the onboarding of new colleagues.
• Participate as an engaged member of Markera's management team and contribute to business development and the development of operations.
• Ensure that the group's work complies with current quality and environmental management systems.
