Retail Sales Assistant for Welding and Welding Equipment

We are looking for someone who thrives in a retail environment and wants to work with welding products and accessories. This is a staffing assignment where you will initially be employed by Nordic Bemanning & Rekrytering and work at our client's site, with the goal of becoming a direct employee. Nordic Bemanning & Rekrytering is authorized within the industry organization Kompetensföretagen, which means you are covered by a collective agreement and secure employment terms.

As a retail sales assistant, you will be responsible for a range of practical and customer-facing tasks where attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset are crucial. You will become an important part of the store's daily operations and contribute to presenting products in a clear and sales-oriented manner.

• Responsibilities: Packing and wrapping orders, greeting customers, unpacking goods, labeling and merchandising in the store, and answering emails and phone inquiries.
• Working Hours: Daytime, typically 07:00–16:00.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license (Category B), fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, familiarity with computers, and basic administrative skills.
• Merits: Good knowledge of English, previous experience from the industrial or welding sector.
