We are now looking for new mechanic colleagues for the Östergötland traffic area who can maintain order and ensure our buses run safely. Being a mechanic at Nobina is more than just a job – it is an exciting and varied career with plenty of opportunities for personal growth.

What does it mean to be a mechanic at Nobina?

You will, among other things, perform servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting on our buses. Tasks such as wrapping, body repairs, and interior repairs also occur. Personal qualities and qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you meet stressful situations and environments with calmness and confidence. That you are outgoing and flexible, value collaboration with colleagues, but also enjoy working independently when required. To work as a mechanic with us, you also need:

• A vehicle technology education or equivalent experience with heavy vehicles/buses
• Be accustomed to using computers so that you can handle diagnostic programs, digital work orders, and maintenance instructions.
• Hold a car driver's license (Category B)

It is an extra merit if you have a C or D driver's license, AC certificate.

Fossil fuels are being phased out in favor of electricity and biofuels. Electrification brings new challenges in the workshops, so experience with modern technology and electric vehicles is therefore a big plus!

About the position

The position is 100% permanent with placement in Linköping. We apply probationary employment and individual salary setting.
