After 12 introductory weeks involving onboarding and mentoring, you will begin your assignment with Bravida, in an industry where demand for competence is only growing.

Information about the position

Professionals Nord is launching this successful setup for the second time in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the role of Refrigeration Technician.

You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bravida for at least 18 months. The goal is for your employment to transfer to Bravida, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Information about the introductory period

The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical exercises to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you will develop in the following areas:

• Refrigeration technology
• Electrical engineering
• Piping systems and system construction
• Refrigerants and the F-gas regulation
• Refrigeration certificate category 1

We offer the possibility of study support throughout the introductory period.

Job Description

As a Refrigeration Technician at Bravida in Linköping/Norrköping, you will become part of the service department and work with various types of service assignments at customer sites. You will become part of an experienced and cohesive team where you have the opportunity to develop long-term. To give you the right prerequisites for the role, you will initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually get to know the organization, the customers, and the different types of facilities you work with.

In the role, you will primarily work with service, maintenance, and smaller contracts within refrigeration. You will have contact with customers and work with investigations, troubleshooting, and action proposals for the customers' various facilities. Furthermore, you will work with the installation of smaller facilities and heat pumps. The position includes recurring fault-repairing service work for Bravida's contractual customers, as well as documentation and reporting in systems. In the long term, on-call duties may also be included in the role, as well as overnight stays in connection with work outside Östergötland.

We are looking for you who have

• Turned 18 years or older
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A strong interest in making a career change to Refrigeration Technician
• Hold a Category B driver's license
• Have passed tests (MAP & Matrigma)
• Passed background check
