Your new job

In the role of HVAC technician at Bravida in Växjö, you will work in a team together with service and project managers, as well as the other disciplines within the organization. In this position, you will primarily perform service installations and smaller contracting projects. No day is like the other! In the job, you will work with plumbing and HVAC, where you are responsible for your tasks independently.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and assembly of facilities within plumbing and HVAC.
• Reading drawings and independently performing work in accordance with them.
• Reporting deviations or deficiencies in materials or work.
• Being responsible for the technical execution of the assignment within the scope of your tasks.
• Planning your work and following the schedule.
• Contributing to good collaboration between disciplines and ensuring that processes and routines are followed.
• Participating in our improvement work.
• Taking responsibility for ensuring that correct information is communicated within the team and that the company's management systems and policies are followed.

You will be responsible for carrying out each assignment according to our high demands on quality and safety. The work involves both technical problem-solving and contact with contractors, clients, and suppliers.

• HVAC technician with at least 2 years of experience in the profession.
• Experience working as a lead technician is meritorious.
• Experience from installation, industry, or service is meritorious.
• As a person, you thrive in a job with many contact surfaces.
• Good ability for planning and administrative work.
• A structured and clear way of working.
• Ability to handle many parallel tasks.
• As a person, you enjoy keeping many balls in the air and working proactively.
• Good ability to work digitally is a prerequisite.
