We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented order receiver for the spare parts department at our client's site in Västerås.

About the role

As an order receiver, you are responsible for the entire order process – from initial customer contact to order entry and invoicing. The work is varied and involves daily contact with customers as well as close collaboration with colleagues in the warehouse and administration.

You will:

  • Receive and register customer orders
  • Work in business systems for order entry and invoicing
  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers and internal functions
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team regarding deliveries
  • Provide support in warehouse operations as needed

The work can be intense at times, requiring you to manage multiple processes simultaneously without compromising on quality and accuracy.

About you

To thrive in this role, we see that you are a positive and solution-oriented person with a strong customer focus. You are structured, detail-oriented, and have a natural ability to build trust in your interactions.

We would prefer that you have:

  • Experience working in business systems
  • Previous experience in order receiving and/or invoicing (meritorious)
  • Good organizational skills and habit of working at a high pace
  • Technical understanding or experience
  • Experience in warehouse work
  • Forklift license

Other

  • The business language is English, used in contact with international warehouses
  • You will become part of a team with two other order receivers and three warehouse staff members
  • The role involves close teamwork where colleagues support each other

About the employment

The position as an order receiver is a consultancy assignment. The position is part of our staffing service, which means you are employed by Adecco but work on-site at the client's premises. The employment type is full-time. The assignment starts in August and runs for 6 months with good opportunities for extension.
