About the Role

As a Project Manager and/or Technical Lead within road and site engineering, you will have a central and operational role in our projects. You are responsible for technical quality and progress in assignments, serving as a key contact person for the client while coordinating the design internally and in collaboration with other technical disciplines.

This role is suitable for you who want to focus on technology, coordination, and delivery, and who thrive in an environment where you can work through the entire project chain, from early investigations to completion.

Your Responsibilities

• Work as a Project Manager and/or Technical Lead within road, street, and site engineering design.
• Participate in all stages of the project, such as preliminary studies, road plans, investigations, basis for detailed planning, as well as design and preparation of construction documents and tender documents.
• Coordinate and lead the design within your own assignments, in close collaboration with other technical disciplines.
• Ensure high technical quality, cost awareness, and delivery according to schedule.
• Be an active and trust-building contact with the client throughout the various phases of the project.
• Contribute to the development of working methods, technology, and knowledge sharing within the road and site field.

Who Are You?

We believe you have several years of experience in road and/or site engineering design and have worked as a Project Manager, Technical Lead, or in a similar role. You are confident in your competence, take responsibility, and enjoy driving projects forward together with others.
