We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a consulting assignment with an international technology company. In this role, you will work closely with the business and support managers in a global environment.

Your responsibility here is to support and guide managers in HR-related matters, focusing on continuity and effective HR support in daily operations. You will work both operationally and advisory, ensuring structure and compliance with existing working methods.

A central part of the assignment is to conduct job evaluation and job mapping related to upcoming requirements regarding pay transparency.

You will collaborate closely with other HR functions and serve as a clear point of contact for the organization's managers.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Conduct job evaluation and job mapping
• Support and coach managers in HR matters
• Provide support in manager-related issues
• Ensure structure and continuity in HR processes

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in matrix organizations
• Good understanding of working in an international context
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Experience supporting managers in an operational HR role

Start: Mid-August, with the assignment lasting approximately six months.
