Job Opportunity: Improve Homes – Travel Across Sweden with Us!

Do you want to travel around Sweden while making a real difference in people's homes? We are now looking for a driven and versatile craftsman or project manager who wants to help elevate our housing stock to a new level.

Who are we?

We are a team of six people who rent out apartments to companies on a long-term basis. Currently, we manage approximately 50 apartments in various conditions. Some are in top shape, while others have the potential to become even better. Our goal is clear: all our apartments must maintain a high standard.

How do we work?

We believe in achieving a lot with simple means. We also run a subsidiary within sound and lighting, which gives us almost unlimited access to speakers and electronics. This allows us to add that little extra touch to every apartment, making it not just a place to live, but a pleasure to be in.

We are self-sufficient and provide:

• Our own materials
• Our own trucks
• The opportunity to put your own personal touch on every project

Who are we looking for?

We work with all types of renovations. If you master several areas, it is a significant plus. We are looking for someone with knowledge in:

• Plumbing (HVAC/Plumbing)
• Electrical work
• Carpentry
• Interior design

You must be flexible and willing to travel around Sweden. Our main base is in Västernorrland (Ljungaverk, Ramsjö, Hedsjö), but assignments may occur elsewhere.
