As a Team Manager, you are the link between management and employees, where your role is crucial in translating business goals into practice. About the role

As a Team Manager, you have approximately 20 direct reports who work with common warehouse handling tasks. You play a key role in daily operations by leading the work towards a safe, efficient, and pleasant workplace. Through a coaching and present leadership style, you ensure your team's well-being, motivation, and engagement. Furthermore, you work to ensure compliance with routines regarding occupational health and safety, security, and quality. You also work on optimizing daily conditions for staffing, follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive improvement work. You collaborate with other departments and functions to achieve the region's common goals.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who have high engagement and self-drive. You have a flexible approach and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You are detail-oriented and structured with the will and ability to prioritize tasks. You have a business-like approach and are good at communicating and building relationships. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and want to work with continuous improvements.

We place great emphasis on leadership skills, and therefore look for you who have good experience in leadership and personnel responsibility. You are proficient with computers, especially the Office suite, and have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have previously had a supervisory role within warehousing, as well as experience with Lean, 5S, and automation.
