You will have a central role in the operations, responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries as well as participating in internal purchasing. The work involves daily contact with both customers and suppliers, requiring you to be solution-oriented, flexible, and comfortable taking initiative.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Planning and coordination of inbound deliveries directly from fishermen.
• Handling and planning of outbound deliveries to customers.
• Warehouse work and order picking.
• Contact with customers and suppliers.
• Collaboration with the site manager regarding daily operations.
• Contributing to an efficient workflow and good service.

The work is partly operational and involves heavy lifting.

Start: According to agreement. Working hours: Monday–Friday. Shifts from 06:00–15:00; shifts from 04:00–13:00 may occur. Scope: Full-time. Location: Årsta.

The auction started in 2016 with the goal of creating a local marketplace that benefits both producers and customers in the Stockholm region. All fish handled comes from Swedish lakes, and the operation is MSC-certified, just like our sister auction in Smögen. This means we work with sustainable fishing and traceable deliveries. As a fully digital auction, all trading takes place online, allowing customers to participate in the auction regardless of their location, via computer or mobile. We currently have a hundred satisfied customers in Sweden and around Europe. • Category B driver's license is required.
• Forklift license A1–A4 and B1–B4.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.

• Experience from the fish industry or warehouse management.
• Experience with the business system Pefa.
