As a care assistant (undersköterska) with us, you work both in special housing (Konga Allhus) and in home care services. You provide care, support, and service to our users based on their individual needs, focusing on security, respect, and independence.

The role includes standard nursing and service tasks, as well as delegated medication management.

We offer generous allowances for shoes and health/wellness activities, free work clothes, and access to jackets and thermal trousers. Company cars and e-bikes are available.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a care assistant.

A valid B-driver's license is required.

To perform the work, you need to:

• Be able to distinguish between your own needs and those of others.
• Have good cooperation skills and a willingness to work together with others.
• Be calm, secure, and receptive.
• Be interested in other people and their situations.
• Be stress-resistant.
• Be able to validate and dare to be emotionally close.
• Have the ability to adapt and learn.
• Have experience with digital technology.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date 2026-09-01 according to agreement.
Working hours: Scheduled shifts. Days, evenings, and weekends.
