About the role

We are looking for an engaged salesperson who wants to strengthen our market position. You will work with selling our services within property maintenance, green area maintenance, and other service services for housing associations, property owners, companies, and public operations.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Actively seeking out and processing new customers.
• Building and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Preparing offers and business proposals.
• Participating in customer meetings and tenders.
• Collaborating with operations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in sales.
• Are self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Are good at building trust and relationships.
• Are structured and enjoy working towards set goals.
• Have good communication skills in speech and writing.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

Experience from the property industry is an advantage, but we value the right personality and drive higher than industry experience.

The company operates throughout the Västerås region and performs all types of property maintenance in both indoor and outdoor environments. Västmanlands Fastighetsskötsel AB currently has 75 employees and seasonal staff.
