The Workplace

The Health and Medical Care Unit consists of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and a rehabilitation assistant. We work with patients aged 18 and older who require primary healthcare services in their homes, whether in special housing, ordinary housing, or disability care.

The Role and Responsibilities

The role involves collaborating in a team where healthcare professionals work together to provide good care, support, and rehabilitation. We work with users aged 18 and older who need primary healthcare services in ordinary housing and short-term facilities to enable them to remain in their own homes, as well as in special housing and disability care.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Assessing the patient's physical function and rehabilitation needs, either individually or as part of a team
• Designing exercise programs to train function and ability in specific situations
• Evaluating needs, fitting, and prescribing assistive devices
• Performing and evaluating treatments
• Instructing and supervising relatives, home care staff, and nursing personnel on how to support training
• Documentation

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist.

A category B driver's license is required to make home visits in this position.

You must also have good communication skills and the ability to write documentation in Swedish.

The job requires you to work independently and have the ability to make assessments and decisions. You are sensitive and can see the individual based on their needs. You are flexible and adapt easily to changing circumstances. At our workplace, good teamwork skills and a strive for collaboration are valued. You are quality-conscious and meticulous.
