Norra Timber is part of Norra Skog – a member-owned organization with 27,000 members dedicated to sustainable forestry and a vibrant rural life in Northern Sweden. We process timber from northern forests into high-quality, climate-smart wood products. Our operations include three sawmills, three processing units, and a pole factory. The Norra Skog group employs approximately 620 people and has an annual turnover of around 5 billion SEK.

Norra Timber is now looking for a Machine Timber Truck Driver for the summer at our Sävar sawmill. Do you want to work in a modern industrial environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are at the forefront? Then this might be the right job for you.

About the role

As a Machine Timber Truck Driver, you will work together with an experienced and engaged team. You will be responsible for operating timber trucks and/or wheel loaders in the daily production flow, playing a key role in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality work.

You will be part of a shift team where collaboration, responsibility, and a high pace are crucial for smooth production. We offer a thorough introduction and support from knowledgeable colleagues to help you feel confident in your role.

This is a summer temporary position with an immediate start. Working hours are primarily intermittent 2-shift (morning and afternoon).

The position involves becoming part of OnePartnerGroup’s quality-assured staffing service as an employed consultant, seconded to Norra Skog.

NOTE! A valid license for timber truck C3b and/or wheel loader C2 is required for this position.

Experience in vehicle operation and previous work in similar industries is highly advantageous.

As Norra Timber’s facility is located just outside the village of Sävar, we prefer that you have a Category B driver’s license and access to your own car for commuting.
