Our research and development department, located in Hagfors, is the largest in the world within the tool steel industry.

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible employee for the role of Heat Treatment Operator.

Your role

You will be part of a cohesive shift team working closely together to achieve common goals. Your tasks will include heat treatment in roller hearth furnaces, chamber furnaces, and hardness testing.

You will work in both four-shift and five-shift rotations.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a flexible attitude, who enjoys solving problems and contributes to a positive work environment through collaboration and trust. You should also have a desire to work on continuous improvements and actively contribute to developing our processes and routines. We would appreciate if you have experience from the steel or manufacturing industry.

Having a forklift and overhead crane license is a plus.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
