Responsibilities

The work is independent and flexible; no two days are alike. We work towards close care with the individual in focus, where you have good support from your colleagues in the medical unit. You perform standard tasks as a physiotherapist within the framework of municipal health and medical care responsibility at special housing as well as in home healthcare.

Your tasks include:

  • assessing, planning, executing, and following up on health and medical care initiatives.
  • guiding and educating nursing staff in, for example, mobility knowledge, rehabilitative working methods, and various assistive devices.
  • documentation and reporting deviations according to current laws and regulations.
  • collaboration with internal and external actors.

You will work with knowledgeable and generous colleagues. Digitalization and the development of the municipality's special housing provide good opportunities for growth in the role of a physiotherapist.

Qualifications and Competencies

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and have a B-driver's license. Access to a company car is available. You are interested in working with the elderly and people's varying and individual needs. Experience working as a physiotherapist in elderly care is meritorious.

As a person:

  • you can work both in a team and independently.
  • you are receptive and have a friendly approach.
  • you have good communicative skills and master the Swedish language well.

Conditions

  • Working hours: daytime Monday–Friday.
  • Individual salary setting.
