Sokigo has launched Gaida for VA, Sweden's smartest business system for the water and wastewater industry! We are now looking for a Business Specialist who wants to help our customers take the next step – from consulting to implementation, and turning new technology into concrete benefits throughout the entire customer journey.

As an expert within the VA sector, you combine your industry knowledge with a clear interest in technology. You build relationships, drive projects to completion, and contribute to making underground infrastructure visible and actionable through data, analysis, and digital workflows. You will work closely with both our customers' operations and our internal teams, helping to develop our offerings over time.

Your Responsibilities

• Support customers in the implementation and use of Gaida for VA.
• Conduct training for customers and support them in developing their business using Gaida for VA.
• Perform business-oriented testing of Sokigo's solutions and conduct customer demos.
• Follow industry developments and translate insights into improvements for Sokigo's offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to further develop our services and products.

Qualifications

• Work experience within the VA sector, e.g., VA engineer, investigation engineer, or equivalent.
• University degree in ecosystem technology, civil engineering (roads and water), urban planning, or equivalent.
• Meritorious with GIS experience and/or a consulting background.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

You thrive in an advisory role with customer contact, are curious, and keep up to date with technology and industry trends. With a results-oriented approach, pedagogical skills, and structure, you make complex issues understandable and drive assignments to completion.

Good to Know

The role involves handling data of a sensitive societal nature. Therefore, a security clearance with background check will be conducted on the final candidate.

Start date according to agreement. The position is a permanent employment with a probationary period.
