Job Description

We have a retirement at Sjöliden in Braås and are therefore looking for a reliable nursing assistant with an interest in elderly care to join our team.

Sjöliden is a family-like special housing facility with 29 apartments divided into two units. Our residents need support and help to live in safe conditions with an active and meaningful life in community with others. We are a great group that focuses on the resident and works together to create a good working environment and well-being.

As an employee, you will have the opportunity to perform several HSL assignments and develop in areas you are interested in within the care and nursing work through ombudsman roles. The tasks also consist of usual duties at a special housing facility, including personal care, activation, and service tasks.

Qualifications

For the permanent position, you must have a completed education from the Care and Nursing Programme. Previous experience in nursing and dementia care is an advantage.

You should have basic IT/computer skills as we work daily in the documentation system LifeCare. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

We are looking for someone who has an interest in elderly care and is empathetic, flexible, stress-resistant, and has a professional attitude towards the people you meet in our operations.
