Professionals Nord is recruiting an excavator operator on behalf of Schaktmaskiner Mykkälä. This assignment is part of our personnel rental service. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for our client for a period of 6 months.

Responsibilities

As an excavator operator at Schaktmaskiner Mykkälä, you are responsible for precision excavation work, including water and sewage pipe installations and foundation work. You will work on varied projects and mechanical assignments, meaning no two days are alike. The role requires experience, attention to detail, and a good understanding of machine functions and safety requirements.

Who We Are Looking For

We believe that your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will fit into the role. We are looking for an experienced and responsible excavator operator with a genuine interest in mechanical work and construction projects. You are meticulous, flexible, and accustomed to handling varied tasks independently, while also functioning well in a team. Experience with water and sewage pipe installations and foundation work is advantageous, as is a good understanding of safety and machine technology.

Working hours are scheduled Monday-Thursday or alternatively shift work 7/7.

Requirements for the position:

• Category B driver's license
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
