Do you want to work in a modern production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are in focus? We are now looking for production assistants for a prefab factory in Strängnäs specializing in the manufacturing of concrete elements.

The factory produces walls, solid slabs, and hollow-core slabs for construction projects around the country. The work is varied and includes tasks such as formwork construction, reinforcement, pouring, vibrating, finishing, and stripping. You work from drawings and are involved in the entire process from preparation to finished product.

About the role

As a production assistant, you are an important part of the team. The work is carried out both independently and together with colleagues. We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and has the ability to see what needs to be done. Initiative, quality awareness, and good cooperation are valued here.

We are looking for you who

Have good physical fitness and enjoy practical work
Have good knowledge of Swedish
Preferably have experience from prefab production, concrete work, or the construction industry
Have reading skills for technical drawings (meritorious)
Are positive, structured, and contribute to a good working environment
