The primary mission of Public Dental Care Västernorrland is to contribute to life and health in Västernorrland by promoting good oral health on equal terms. We offer general dental care and specialist dental care within all specialties.

Public Dental Care Sollefteå forms an operational area with the clinics in Kramfors, Örnsköldsvik Municipality, and Härnösand. We provide modern and health-oriented dental care and practice team-based dentistry. We are now looking for a dental hygienist/assistant for a permanent, full-time position at our clinic in Sollefteå. Start date is by agreement.

The main tasks as a dental assistant include:

• Clinical patient work in collaboration with other staff members
• Sterilization work, material care, and occasional administrative tasks
• Handling own prophylaxis patients

The job involves contributing to the development of good oral health and supporting the development of the operations. Other tasks may include mentoring staff and students.

• Are trained as a dental assistant/hygienist
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

• Have experience in administration within psychiatry or healthcare

• Teamwork skills
• Stability
• Personal maturity
