JPC Composite AB, a subsidiary of Marstrom Composite AB, is a leader in the development of high-quality carbon fiber products. We develop and manufacture composite products within the areas of masts, marine, industry, aviation, and defense. We are a contract manufacturer focused on producing composite products using prepreg and autoclave technology. Our operations are currently in an exciting phase of expansion and development. We currently have facilities in Arlöv, Avesta, Ljungby, and Västervik.

We are looking for you who have experience in industrial assembly as well as surface treatment and lamination, are generally technically knowledgeable and interested, practical, and accustomed to working with your hands. You are comfortable working independently while having excellent teamwork skills and enjoying being part of a group. You are interested in working with advanced products and materials in an inspiring and developmental environment, have a positive attitude towards learning new tasks, and always strive to contribute your best to achieve production goals.

The tasks vary between being diverse and repetitive. Some tasks are physically demanding and sometimes performed in awkward positions, making good physical fitness and enjoyment of physical work important. Examples of tasks in assembly and surface treatment include sanding, filling, drilling, gluing, and assembly, etc. Examples in lamination include hand lamination with prepreg material, vacuum bagging, plug manufacturing, and mold handling.

Your qualifications

• Education and experience in composites and marine are meritorious.
• Education in industry, workshop, or craft-related professions.
• We prefer that you have previously worked with assembly/surface treatment and/or lamination, or have equivalent experience that we consider relevant.
