About the workplace

Klövergården's temporary care and nursing home will open this autumn and will be located in Nödinge. There will be 20 apartments distributed across two units, focusing on dementia care. As an employee at Klövergården, you will work in both units but have a "home unit." We are currently looking for 16 new employees.

Job Description

You will be involved in launching the operations, which is very exciting. Here, you and your colleagues work to support the elderly so they can live as independently as possible. You need to have a holistic view of the individual and understand how we create security through our approach during uncertain times, becoming an important person for our elderly residents.

Your tasks involve being a support to the elderly, enabling them to live their lives as they wish. You are attentive to their requests. The content of the workday varies. Your work is based on the individual, and together with the person you support, you plan the day. Your duties include practical help with personal care, support during meals, support during activities, and more.

We work with the holistic care of the elderly and therefore collaborate with other professions such as nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, as well as with relatives and other important people for the elderly.

Your role includes tasks that allow you to think and act holistically. We expect you to have a high level of engagement and be able to collaborate, plan, and organize work together with colleagues and the unit manager.

The position suits you if you can work irregular hours and want to contribute to work that is valuable for people who need support in their daily lives.

You have very good knowledge of social documentation, journal notes, and the creation of implementation plans.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with education as an assistant nurse (undersköterska), who is motivated by challenges and wants to help develop elderly care. You find working with people stimulating and enjoyable!

You master the Swedish language in speech and writing and have good computer skills. A language test may be used.

You will be part of a team where your ability to collaborate is as important as working independently. We are looking for you who have a good approach and attitude. You have the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations.

We see that you take responsibility for contributing to the operations with a positive attitude.

We actively work with activities and taking advantage of the individual's wishes on how they want to live their life.

Work according to schedule, day, evening, and weekend.

The position is full-time, with the right to part-time.
