Fika & Wine is a Swedish restaurant concept located at Österlånggatan 26 in the heart of Gamla Stan (Old Town). In our historic 15th-century vaults, Swedish culinary traditions, coffee culture, and drink culture meet in a warm and modern setting.

We serve classic Swedish home cooking, carefully selected wines, Swedish beer, Swedish spirits, and cocktails with a Nordic profile. We work as much as possible with Swedish producers and Swedish ingredients, both in the kitchen and behind the bar.

Our guests range from regulars and neighbors to international visitors, dinner parties, corporate groups, and private events. We are in an exciting phase of development and are now looking for a service-oriented employee who wants to develop the business together with us.

About the Role

As service staff, you are an important part of the guest experience. You work closely with both guests and colleagues to ensure personal, professional, and welcoming service.

Responsibilities include:

• Guest reception and hospitality
• Serving food and beverages
• Cashier duties
• Handling reservations and guest inquiries
• Working with Waiteraid
• Preparation for service
• Coordination of larger parties and events
• Supporting the team during lunch, evening, and weekend service
• When needed, taking responsibility for the service flow and acting as head waiter

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in the service industry
• Experience in serving
• Good spoken Swedish
• Solution-oriented and positive attitude
• Good computer skills

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with à la carte service
• Experience in a head waiter role
• Experience with Waiteraid or similar booking systems
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
• Interest in wine, food, and drinks
• Sommelier education

• Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend shifts according to schedule
