About the Role

We are looking for someone who has worked for a long time in building services and is accustomed to taking significant responsibility in your assignments. You have a good grasp of several different work tasks and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

You are self-motivated, driven, and used to juggling multiple tasks. Digital documentation and mobile-based systems are a natural part of the work.

This position suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, like keeping the big picture in mind, and want to continue developing in your profession.

Examples of tasks:

• Minor and major renovations for private individuals
• Demolition, plastering, painting, kitchen installation, and flooring
• Bathroom renovations according to BKR standards (if you have experience)
• Handling insurance damage claims and restorations
• Communication with customers and documentation via mobile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in building services
• Is structured, self-motivated, and quality-conscious
• Is confident in several different work tasks
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Is experienced in using a mobile phone for documentation, photos, and time reporting
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) (own car is a plus)
