Precision VVS & Byggteknik AB continues to grow and is now seeking a driven and business-minded Project Manager HVAC who wants to develop the business together with us.

We work with everything from service assignments and ROT projects to larger contracts within residential, commercial properties, and public operations. Thanks to strong trust from our customers, we have a well-filled project portfolio and several exciting projects ahead of us.

Here, you will have a key role with significant responsibility, short decision-making paths, and good opportunities to influence both projects and the company's future development.

About the role

As a Project Manager HVAC, you are responsible for leading projects from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Planning, steering, and monitoring of projects
• Economic, budget, and result responsibility
• Customer contact and relationship building
• Tendering and coordination of subcontractors
• Resource and personnel planning
• Quality assurance and occupational health and safety work
• Purchasing and cost control
• Monitoring project profitability
• Coordination between clients, consultants, installers, and other contractors

We are looking for you who

• Have experience as a project manager within HVAC
• Have a good understanding of contract law and project management
• Are business-minded and economically driven
• Have experience with budget, calculation, and result responsibility
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and responsible
• Enjoy leading people and creating results
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluently speak and write Swedish
