About the Role

Our client in Säffle is looking to hire you, someone who is comfortable operating 3- and 5-axis machines in stainless steel. You understand the role and are interested in joining a company with a machine park that allows you to develop. This is a temp-to-perm position. Responsibilities

Imagine a bright and airy working environment with modern and advanced machines equipped with pallet changers, efficient lifting gear, and an organized workspace. You will work with Siemens, Fanuc, or Mazatrol interfaces. The main workshop area is quiet and modernly furnished with rolling boards for a quick overview.

Your role is to set up and operate the machines, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This also involves inspection, control measurement, reading drawings, tool adjustments, as well as periodic maintenance and service. The work is performed on a convenient 2-shift system, with short evening shifts on Thursdays. You will join an environment with a family feel, where extremely low staff turnover over the past thirty years has ensured a very high competence level within the company.

We are looking for someone who wants to join a family-like shift team, where you and your skills are taken seriously. You want to work for a company that invests equally in operators as it does in engineers. You must have education and experience in CNC, knowledge of reading drawings, metrology, program adjustment, and good command of Swedish in both speech and writing. Forklift (reach truck) and overhead crane certificates are also required.
