About the role of Electrical Foreman

The role involves daily supervision of installers and subcontractors. You will ensure that the installers manage their work, carry out their tasks, and follow the set schedule. You will be responsible for planning work tasks and coordinating with other disciplines. You are also responsible for material handling and ongoing follow-up of quality, working environment, and production. In this role, you report to the Production Manager.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead and distribute work within electrical installation.
• Ensure that work is performed according to current regulations, drawings, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor working environment, safety, and order on the job site.

Who are you?

As a person, you are structured and meticulous in your work. You ensure that work is performed and completed with high quality. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for the whole, leading teams, and collaborating with colleagues, consultants, and customers in a humble manner.

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience in supervision within electrical contracting.
• Good technical understanding of power distribution and installation systems.
• Experience in handling and creating project and quality documentation.
• Experience in coordination between multiple contractors and disciplines.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is highly meritorious if you have experience with operation-critical facilities such as data centers, hospitals, or similar environments. Experience with critical infrastructure, such as UPS systems, backup power, switchgear, and power distribution, is also seen as a great advantage. Finally, experience with commissioning and final testing is meritorious.

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment for one year with great opportunities for extension. Start date is ASAP.
