Job Responsibilities

The Social Services Administration is looking for a Care Assistant for Sturegården Dementia Home. We warmly welcome your application!

You will provide care and support for individuals in need of assistance in their daily lives, such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, activation activities, and social documentation. Medical tasks may occur and are delegated by medically responsible personnel after completion of internal training. You work with the individual's needs at the center and keep the user in focus.

Qualifications

You have completed the Care and Nursing Program and have a strong interest in working with people who need help around the clock. You are confident in documenting and using various systems required for the job. You should master the Swedish language in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension, as this involves contact with users, relatives, documentation, and reading information necessary for the work. Personal suitability is highly valued.
