We are looking for a technically driven project manager who wants to take responsibility for complex distribution projects within district heating and cooling, from preliminary studies to completed facilities.

About the role

You will belong to the Heat & Cooling business area and work in an experienced team within Expansion Distribution. The role involves leading all phases of the project:

• Preliminary studies and permitting processes
• Technical design and procurement
• Construction management and contract administration
• Follow-up and documentation

You are responsible for ensuring that projects follow Kraftringen's processes, safety requirements, and quality standards. You will also participate in strategic development initiatives to future-proof our distribution network.

Your technical profile

We would prefer that you have a university degree in engineering, for example in energy, construction, civil engineering, or a similar field. Alternatively, several years of experience from infrastructure projects is also highly meritorious, especially if you have worked in roles such as foreman, construction manager, or site manager. The combination of practical experience and technical understanding is highly valued.

You have experience with infrastructure projects within district heating, water and wastewater, or similar technical environments, and a good understanding of AB04/ABT06, AMA Installation, and contract law. You are accustomed to working in Excel and project tools such as MS Project, and you have the ability to read and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and system descriptions.

As a person, you are structured and methodical, with the ability to handle several parallel projects simultaneously. You have an analytical and solution-oriented approach to work, and are confident in making decisions even in complex situations.

You communicate clearly and build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You are proactive and take responsibility for driving projects forward with a focus on quality, safety, and efficient resource utilization.

You thrive in a changing industry where technology and requirements develop rapidly, and you adapt easily to new conditions.
