The restaurant invites you to lunch, scenic dinners, as well as relaxed hanging out in the bar or on the terrace. The dishes on the menu are based on the charcoal grill and smoker, offering flavors inspired by Southern Europe, South and North America, as well as the Middle East. The restaurant's generous spaces, not least the lovely west-facing terrace, make it possible for socializing and mingling from lunch until late evening. The restaurant is open every day of the week from lunch until evening and consists of a dining room, bar, private dining room (chambre séparée), and event floor with a total of just over 150 seats. We are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a passion for cooking, is well-organized, and keeps a sense of humor even in occasionally stressful situations. We see that you value guest satisfaction just as much as we do and are proud of every plate you serve.

Experience

• Upper secondary education or similar with corresponding relevance
• At least 3 years of experience from an à la carte kitchen.
• Knowledge of cooking from other parts of the world is a plus.
• Experience working in a larger team
