Junior Account Manager (Fixed-term Contract), Location: Eskilstuna
Do you want to work closely with international customers in a role that combines customer contact, coordination, and business development?
JTEKT is now looking for a Junior Account Manager for a fixed-term contract starting immediately and running until approximately October/November 2026. This role is suitable for someone with experience in customer service, sales, or customer support, along with a technical background or interest. At JTEKT, you will have the opportunity to work with well-known clients in the automotive industry while developing your skills in customer relations, business support, and project coordination.
About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you work closely with the company's customers and serve as a key contact person in daily collaboration. You are responsible for following up on customer cases, coordinating internal activities, and ensuring that customers receive the expected service and support.
You collaborate with several internal functions such as production, logistics, quality, and engineering, making the role both varied and developmental. You become an important link between the customer and the organization, contributing to the professional handling of projects, deliveries, and customer inquiries.
The position is located in Eskilstuna, and the work is primarily performed on-site.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ongoing activities
- Coordinate customer cases internally between different departments
- Support the preparation of quotations and price requests
- Ensure that deliveries and projects follow the agreed plan
- Participate in customer meetings and follow-ups
- Contribute to developing and strengthening customer relationships
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in customer service, inside sales, customer support, sales, or coordination
- Is structured and thrives in a role with many contact points
- Has a strong customer focus and good communication skills
- Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
- Has an interest in technology, industry, or the automotive sector
Experience from manufacturing industry or international customer relations is considered an advantage.
