The rescue team at aleja is now looking for new recruits.

The function of our team is to step in when we need urgent assistance on-site at a client's location – for example, in cases of illness among our own or the client's staff, unexpected work peaks, or other urgent assignments.

However, it is important that you can dedicate at least two full weekdays per week, meaning no weekends or split shifts – this ensures we have the opportunity to offer you work assignments.

We prefer that you, as a student applying for this position, are enrolled in long-term studies and have at least one year remaining of your studies.

About Us

aleja ab is a staffing agency primarily active in Stockholm. We offer 24/7 on-call service to our clients, which means we have assignments during all hours of the day and night.

We provide staffing across a wide range of industries – including transport and warehousing, construction and demolition, decontamination and cleaning, as well as other heavy labor jobs that do not require extensive prior knowledge or education.

We are looking for hungry, curious, and quick-learning young men and women with a strong desire to work and deliver results.

Completed military service training is highly meritorious as the work is physically and mentally demanding.

Performance is measured individually, and you should be driven by the desire to take on more and compete against both yourself and internally within the group. You see the work structure as a fun challenge rather than a stressful burden.

We are looking for someone who is an early riser, flexible, and not afraid to try new things or meet new people. At our company, there is also the opportunity to try out different types of jobs, including warehousing, decontamination, assembly, manual labor, and demolition.

To be employed as temporary staff with us, you must be a student and be able to present a valid student certificate, or alternatively, support yourself through another main occupation, e.g., another part-time job.

Your Tasks

Currently, we have a client who needs help with pipe replacements in the city center.

Working as a laborer on a job site means you are a carpenter's right-hand person, where you help fetch and carry tools, machines, and materials, but also work alongside qualified staff on the site where simpler tasks can be delegated to you.
