As a Contracts Manager, you will play a central role in establishing GK’s position as a technical and comprehensive service partner within the division's geographical area. You will be based in Luleå but have the entire Norrbotten region as your work area.

What will your assignment look like?

As a Contracts Manager, you ensure that projects are delivered from planning to warranty regarding quality, time, and economy with high customer satisfaction. You lead, organize, and motivate your employees within the projects and ensure efficient resource utilization through good planning. You will also work on:

• Establishing GK’s position as a technical partner within ventilation and contributing to profitable growth and sales within the division's geographical area
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as being responsible for upselling within the project and contributing to new sales.
• Taking responsibility for the results of the division's projects and ensuring they align with the budget and established goals.
• Actively contributing to the region's continued development through close dialogue with other Contracts Managers and colleagues within and outside the region, with the aim of sharing experiences and learning from each other, ensuring we work as "One GK".

Your background We are looking for you who have:

• Technical education or work experience that we assess as equivalent.
• Experience in leadership, project management, procurement, and negotiations. Experience in personnel management is highly meritorious.
• Industry experience in indoor climate and experience in planning and executing projects.
• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office package. Experience with Wikells and Magicad is meritorious.
• Good written and verbal skills in Swedish and basic knowledge of English.
