About the role as Production Manager within Electrical Engineering

The role involves being responsible for the daily production management of the electrical contracting work, including coordinating subcontractors, monitoring schedules, quality, working environment, and economy.

As the Production Manager, you will ensure that production is carried out according to contract documents, design, and the project's overall and set goals.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for the daily operation of electrical installations and maintenance.
• Act as a link between different stakeholders.
• Ensure that the contracting work is carried out in accordance with the agreement.
• Lead daily production meetings and follow up on construction work on-site.

Who are you?

We see that you, as a person, thrive working towards set goals and deadlines. You have good structure but are also quick to shift focus and feel comfortable in dynamic environments. You have good communication skills and are accustomed to collaborating with many different types of people.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in production management within electrical contracting.
• Documented experience from larger installation or industrial projects.
• Good knowledge of contracting law (AB, ABT, ABK).
• Good knowledge of working environment and production planning.
• Good ability to lead and coordinate several contractors simultaneously.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is highly meritorious if you have experience from business-critical facilities such as data centers, hospitals, or similar environments. Experience with critical infrastructure, such as UPS systems, backup power, switchgear, and power distribution, is also seen as a great advantage. Finally, experience with commissioning, start-up, and quality control is meritorious.
