About the role
As a Shift Manager, you report to the Store Manager, but you hold the ultimate responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is not on site. Your responsibilities include personnel management, hygiene, maintenance, ordering, budgeting, and results. You will be responsible for training and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain high hygiene standards, and achieve the store's sales and cost targets. Daily operations also include responsibility for the maintenance of all machines and equipment. The position covers approximately 35 hours per week.

We prefer that you have experience working in retail or café operations. We will largely base our decision on your personal suitability for the role and expect you to have the willingness and ability to develop further within Yogiboost.
