Our client is the licensee for McDonald's restaurants in southern Sweden.

Location: Halmstad, Mellbystrand

We are looking for: Restaurant Staff Member

Your responsibilities:

• Kitchen work: cooking, dishwashing, etc.
• Working at the register: taking orders.
• Serving in the dining area: greeting customers, cleaning, etc.

Requirements:

• You speak and understand Swedish at a good professional level (intermediate).
• You speak and understand English at a basic level.
• You are flexible with working hours and can work different shifts.
• You are ready to work at a fast pace and can remain calm in stressful situations.
• You can work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Merits:

• Previous experience in the industry is a plus.
• If you are registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) and are eligible for an introduction job or start-up job, it is a plus.

Your profile:

• You have a very positive attitude.
• You are stress-resistant.
• You have a service-oriented approach.

The employer offers:

• 50% part-time employment with the possibility of a permanent position.
• The position is covered by a collective agreement.
• Work clothes and health insurance are included.

Important: This position is part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. Participants hold residence permits in Sweden but do not possess Swedish or EU/EEA citizenship.
