About the role

As a Production Engineer, you work closely with production, procurement, and quality to create efficient and robust manufacturing processes. You play a central role in developing and improving production flows, ensuring manufacturability, and contributing to high delivery precision.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and improve production processes and work instructions.
• Participate in the industrialization of new products and product changes.
• Ensure that production documentation is correct and up-to-date.
• Identify and drive improvement projects regarding quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Support issues related to design/engineering.
• Provide technical support to production and contribute to problem-solving in case of deviations.
• Participate in risk analyses, process validations, and quality work.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient value chain.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology and are driven by improving and developing production processes. You are analytical, structured, and thrive working both operationally and strategically. At the same time, you find it easy to collaborate with different functions and create engagement around improvement work.

We believe you have:

• A university degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Economics, or equivalent.
• Experience in production engineering work.
• Knowledge of LEAN, continuous improvement, and process development.
• Experience with technical documentation and working in business or production systems.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The assignment is classified (security classified). Prior to employment, you are required to undergo a security clearance and be approved according to current regulations for security protection. This may entail requirements for specific citizenship.

Merits:

• It is an advantage if you have experience from the defense, electronics, or other high-tech industries.
