We manage over 1,800 rental apartments and 2,000 commercial units in Greater Stockholm.

We are looking for an experienced tiler/plasterer to join our team. We perform renovations of apartments and premises according to the needs of our customers and property owners.

We are seeking a skilled, meticulous, and loyal tiler who is knowledgeable about wet rooms and their regulations. Knowledge of carpentry and painting is a plus.

We are looking for someone who likes to take responsibility and is self-motivated. You should be social and have a positive attitude towards both colleagues and customers.

We preferably seek candidates with good references for tiling work and experience working with different waterproofing systems in wet rooms.

Having carpentry and painting skills is an advantage. You are hardworking, able to work both independently and in a team, and are flexible and loyal.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the property or construction industry.
• Self-motivated in sloping/spackling, waterproofing work, and tiling.
• Knowledge of painting, carpentry, and general construction.
• Good social skills, loyalty, and punctuality.

Merits:

• Driver's license.
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of other trades within the construction industry.

We offer a full-time position with a 6-month probation period, followed by a permanent contract.
