Job Responsibilities

Månstads Snickeri AB is a growing company that has been creating high-quality craftsmanship for over 75 years. We are now looking, on behalf of our client, for a workshop carpenter within the wood and furniture industry.

• Production takes place in their own workshop in Månstad since 1948.
• You will be involved in the entire process from manufacturing to assembly.
• You will work closely with the customer and be responsive to their requirements.
• You will work independently as well as in pairs.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience from the wood and furniture industry and thrive in a practical and varied role.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in sawing and milling.
• The desire to develop and share your knowledge.
• An interest in helping with product development and improvement.
• An understanding of the importance of doing a good job, meeting deadlines, and creating a good work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• The ability to plan your work and take responsibility.

We place great value on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is responsive, engaged, and responsible. You are handy, self-motivated, forward-thinking, and have a positive approach when dealing with employees and customers.

Merits:

• Experience with CNC.
• Knowledge of surface treatment and spray painting.

You read and speak fluent Swedish, as work and safety instructions are conducted in Swedish.

About the Position

• Scope: Full-time, day shift.
• Start: As agreed.
• Salary: Fixed salary.
