We are TIP Group and are looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Workshop Manager to join our team.

📍 Kärrlyckegatan 6, Gothenburg 💼 Permanent position 🕒 40h/week

Your responsibilities

• Plan daily productivity and operations in the workshop.
• Work operationally with warranties and service agreements.
• Provide technical support to mechanics and internally within the organization.
• Ensure that workplace safety regulations and safety instructions are followed.
• Receive customers at the reception, via phone, and email.
• Responsible for purchasing spare parts and inventory management in our system.
• Invoice both internal and external customers.
• Track and report working hours.
• Transfer information to our suppliers' applications.

What you bring to the table

• At least four years of experience in a similar role within a trailer and/or truck workshop.
• Strong proficiency with systems and the Office package.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Technical knowledge of vehicles, specifically heavy vehicles.
• A high level of service orientation and the ability to build good relationships – both internally and externally.
• Valid B-class driver's license.
