Your Responsibilities
In the role of Incoming Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Inspection group and work with quality control of incoming materials from suppliers. The materials include, among other things, mechanics, subsystems, circuit boards, and wiring. You will perform checks against required standards, specifications, and drawings. The work also involves handling supplier deviations, problem-solving, and driving simpler cases and investigations in close collaboration with purchasing and design.
You will work with:
- Ensuring that supplier-manufactured products meet drawing requirements and current standards
- Performing incoming inspections of mechanics, subsystems, circuit boards, and wiring
- Identifying, documenting, and following up on supplier deviations
- Participating in deviation investigations and improvement work together with purchasing and design
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have:
- A strong technical interest and experience in mechanical manufacturing
- A technical background or upper secondary/higher education in a relevant field
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawings and technical documentation
Meritorious Qualifications:
- Professional experience in quality engineering or quality assurance
- Knowledge of composite, surface-treated, and painted mechanics
- Experience from manufacturing industry
- Experience working in Creo and IFS

This position requires you to pass a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position requires you to undergo and pass the security protection regulations in effect at the time. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
